FOR ADVANCED ACTORS

What’s next? How to improve and not get lost amongst too many prospects and too little certainty.

Students of acting schools or those who have taken some acting classes (but don’t hold a university degree) and actors with a little professional experience.
4 sessions, 90 minutes each.

  • Each of the students prepares a short 1,5-2-minute piece and presents it. The presentation is then analysed and discussed by others, without the presenter’s ability to “defend” their presentation.

  • Detailed analysis of the character’s psychology and behaviour.  Feeding back on the presentation, and the overall artistic expression).

  • Personalised tasks for each of the attendees based on their previous presentations and/or needs. Discussing the tasks in detail, then they should be prepared for the next session.

  • Each of the students presents the task they worked on. Feedback on the student’s ability to utilise the new techniques in their work.

  • Course summary. Feedback on the progress or for each of the students, advising on further future progress.

Source materials: the attendees chose their own pieces
Small groups; up to 5 attendees, limited places.
Courses at 19:00 (GMT)
